Manchester City are now the richest club in the world after their recent takeover. However, the honeymoon period has ended and pressure has started to mount on manager Mark Hughes. The side will likely spend big in the January transfer window but it does not appease the fact they currently teeter above the relegation zone in the English Premier League table.
