The defending champions secured a vital win over arch rivals AC Milan to move nine points clear at the top of the table. Though Milan do have a game in hand, the title is for Inter to lose and manager Jose Mourinho will be making sure that his side will not provide Milan with another chance to close down the gap at the top of the table.

Inter will be without Wesley Sneijder and Lucio after both the players were sent off during the match against Milan last weekend.

Meanwhile Parma coach Francesco Guidolin will be hopeful that his side can snap out of a poor run of form and get back to winning ways as he looks to keep his side well away from the relegation zone. Parma have collected just one point from their last five games and Guidolin will be aware that his side will have to start collecting points on a consistent basis if they are to consolidate their position near the top half of the table.
