Inter Milan visit Parma in their final game of the season knowing that a victory could see them clinch their third successive Serie A title. Watch live Seria A action on Live Sport Network. Inter were twice pegged back by a determined Siena side last weekend. The defending champions took an early lead through Patrick Viera but Massimo Maccarone equalized for the visitors.

However Mario Balotelli ensured that Inter go into the second half in the lead by scoring on the stroke of half time but Siena once again equalized through Houssine Kharja and claim a point from the game. Inter's stuttering form in the last few weeks has allowed Roma to cut down their lead at the top of the table to just one point and the Nerazzurri will be hoping to avoid a repeat of the 2002-03 season when they handed over the Scudetto to Juventus on the final day of the campaign.

Parma too will be going all out for a win with the failure to do so resulting in the club being relegated from the league for the first time since 1990. A poor run of just three wins in their last 10 matches has seen Parma slip to 18th in the league with 34 points from 37 matches.

Parma could be relegated from Serie A even if they manage to beat Inter if Catania Calcio manage to draw their final match against Roma on Sunday since the side has a superior goal difference compared to Parma.

Inter have won their last three league meetings against Parma including the 3-2 victory early this season and manager Roberto Mancini will be hoping for a repeat of that performance as he looks to claim yet another league title.
