The Rossoneri’s hopes of winning the Scudetto this season was dashed by a determined Sampdoria side who came back from a goal down to secure all three points thanks to a dramatic injury time winner by Giampaolo Pazzini. Manager Leonardo will be hopeful that his side will shrug off the disappointment of missing out on the league title for another season and put up a strong showing in the remaining four games.

Meanwhile Palermo will be looking to maintain their push for a Champions League place by collecting all three points this weekend. The Rosanero dropped out of the top four after being held to a 2-2 draw by Cagliari last weekend.

Mark Bresciano, Fabio Simplicio and Cesare Bovo continue to remain out of action for Palermo though Giovanni Tedesco is expected to return after recovering from his injury. Daniele Bonera is suspended for Milan though Andrea Pirlo is available after missing out against Sampdoria due to suspension.
