Atletico Madrid enjoyed a good home win against Real Mallorca last weekend and after recent setbacks find themselves back to winning ways. After a stuttering last few weeks in their La Liga campaign, Atletico Madrid returned to winning ways last weekend when they beat a Mallorca side 2-0 in Madrid. Two goals from the sublime Aguero sealed the deal and with a great Champions League result away to Liverpool last Tuesday evening as well, they will be going to Osasuna in fine fettle.

Even though the team has had an awful last few weeks in the league, they have still managed to find themselves in sixth position in the table on thirteen points, although there are several teams within three points of them below that. They have only won once away from home so far this season but with Osasuna sitting rock-bottom in the league they will feel they have a real chance to improve on that record.

Osasuna are having an awful season and as mentioned above, find themselves right at the bottom of the league on four points. They haven’t won a game yet this campaign, drawing four and losing five of their first nine games of the season. There is obviously something very wrong at the club but a huge injury and suspension list is not helping matters.
