Osasuna v Valencia LiveOsasuna welcome Valencia to the Estadio Reyno de Navarra this weekend on a high following their 1-1 draw midweek to Sevilla. Valencia on the other hand continue to have a wretched season as they sank to a 3-0 home defeat to Athletic Bilbao last Sunday.

Sevilla had goalkeeper Andres Palop to thanks for the save. ![]() Osasuna have had a decent La Liga season so far and will be keen to consolidate when they welcome Valencia. The home team has a couple of injury concerns in the form of Flano, who missed the team's last two games with an undisclosed injury, and Nekounam, who is being monitored on a day-to-day basis.
Osasuna are 13th on the Spanish Premiera Liga table with 16 points from 14 games.
Valencia are a team in crisis. Following the departure of their coach Quique Sanchez Flores and the appointment of Ronald Koeman, the team seems to have hit new lows as was evidenced in the 3-0 loss at home to Athletic Bilbao in the Primera Liga last weekend. Two goals from Fernando Llorente and one from Fran Yeste sealed Valencia's fate in front of home fans at the Mestalla, who vented their fury towards the end of the game.
Valencia are out of the Champions League as well and being the bottom team in Group B, their chances of entering the UEFA Cup are also pretty minimal. Injury concerns are also heavy for the team with Gavilan, Baraja and Moretti continuing their slow road to recovery.
Valencia are sixth on the La Liga table with 24 points from 14 games. Last season this fixture ended in a 1-1 draw.
