Newcastle have lost both their matches following the departure of Kevin Keegan, extending their losing streak to thee games. The Magpies find themselves just two points above the foot of the table and could end up in the last position if they lose their match on Saturday and Tottenham manage to snatch a victory on Sunday.

 

 

Star striker Michael Owen admitted that the players are low on morale following Keegan's departure but added that the players will have to do their best to help the club snap out of the poor run. Blackburn manager Paul Ince will be hoping to take advantage of the turmoil at St James Park and register his first back to back wins in the Premier League.
