The Dutch continued their winning streak from the qualifying campaign to win all of their four games played so far. However they have been less than impressive in this tournament with Robin Van Persie, Wesley Sneijder and Arjen Robben all looking short of form.

They take on a Brazilian side that hit top form against Chile in the knockout stage, thrashing their South American rivals 3-0 with Robinho, Luis Fabiano and Juan on target. Brazil could and should have had won the game by a bigger margin though coach Dunga will be happy with his side’s attacking display.

Netherlands on the other hand were made to work hard by Slovakia with Robben and Sneijder on target for van Marwijk’s side. Robert Vittek managed to grab a consolation goal for Slovakia from the penalty spot which proved to be the final kick of the game.
