The defending champions managed to extend their lead at the top of the table by just one point after being held to a 1-1 draw at Parma on Wednesday. Manager Jose Mourinho admitted that Parma deserved a point from the game with keeper Antonio Mirante pulling off a number of saves to deny Inter even though the hosts were reduced to 10 men late in the game.

With AC Milan struggling for form, Mourinho will be hopeful that his side can extend the lead at the top to 14 points as he looks to win his second successive Serie A title.

Meanwhile Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri will be hopeful that his side can return to their excellent form from early this season as he looks to sustain their Champions League challenge. The Partenopei have had an excellent season so far and sit fourth in the league table.
