French club Marseille face the moment of truth when they welcome PSV Eindhoven for their next match in the UEFA Champions League. Watch all the live footy feeds here on Live Sport Network.

 

 

Olympique Marseille are without a win in their European campaign so far. The French club have no points from three games played so far, having lost to PSV, Liverpool and Atletico Madrid in the preceding games. A 1-2 loss to Liverpool at home was followed by a similar result at Atletico and on October 22, Marseille were sunk by a brace from Danny Koevermans at Eindhoven.

While there is no realistic chance of progressing through to the knock out stages, Marseille's Belgian coach Erik Gerets will hope they can at least compete for the best third place finish that will put them in contention for a place in the UEFA Cup.

 

 

Meanwhile PSV will be hoping to get a big boost from this game as they are currently placed third in the group. The Dutch side can increase their chances of getting into the next round with a win here.

PSV started their campaign with a 3-0 loss to Atletico followed by a 1-3 drubbing by Liverpool. However the Dutch club bounced back on Matchday 3 to secure a 2-0 win over Marseille.

 

 

PSV coach Stevens will be hoping his side can snatch another win here and thus stake a claim for a place in the knock out stage. However he will be without central defender Jeremie Brechet, who pulled his hamstring during a domestic game against Roda JC.
