Marseille will be looking for a repeat of their performance against Zurich from their last game with both the teams desperate for all three points that could see them move to the second place in their Champions League group table on Tuesday. AC Milan's shock win over Real Madrid has thrown open the group with any of the four teams in with a great chance to make it to the next stage. While Madrid and Milan are both level on six points, Marseille's narrow win over Zurich has breathed fresh life into the French club's Champions League aspirations.

Gabriel Heinze scored the only goal of the match midway through the second half as Marseille registered their first points of this season's Champions League campaign to move third in the group table and level on points with Zurich.

With the return leg between Madrid and Milan expected to provide some sort of a positive result for either team, Didier Deschamps' side will be going all out for a win against Zurich that could see them pull level on points with the second placed team. However while his side are clear underdogs for the game, FC Zurich coach Bernard Challandes is confident that his players will rise to the occasion and secure another shock result this season.

Hannu Tihinen scored the only goal of the game as Zurich caused one of this season's upsets to secure a narrow 1-0 win away to Milan early in the campaign. That result has given Zurich a great chance of progressing to the next stage but Challandes will be aware that his side will have to be at their best both against Milan and against Marseille this Tuesday if they are to make it to the knockout stage.
