AC Milan are still in contention for the fourth and final Champions League spot for the next season although they still trail Fiorentina by four points with four games to go. Relegation-threatened Livorno are on the 17th spot with 30 points from 34 game. However they gave themselves some hope to saving their season as they held Roma to a 1-1 draw last weekend. Livorno coach Giancarlo Camolese would have been heartened by his team's performance in that game with Alessandro Diamantis nullifying Mirko Vucinic's early goal for Roma.
