Meanwhile Portsmouth manager Avram Grant will be looking for a repeat of the performance that saw his side secure a comfortable 2-0 win against Liverpool early in the season. An improvement in form has not proved to be enough for Pompey who are still at the foot of the table and are five points away from safety with just nine matches remaining in the season.
