The Gers moved up to 64 points from 27 games after their 3-1 win over St Mirren on Saturday. Two goals from Lee McCulloch and a late strike from Nacho Novo nullified Graham Carey's 30th minute goal, which had put St Mirren in the lead.

Meanwhile Kilmarnock will be hoping to recover from a 1-0 loss tom Hibernian over the weekend. A lone goal from Derek Riordan was enough to secure all three points for Hibs after Abdessalam Benjelloun had missed a penalty in the 60th minute.

The loss means Kille are currently 9th on the league table with 26 points from 28 games. Manager Jimmy Calderwood will welcome back Jamie Hamill, Allan Russell, Mark Burchill and Ryan O'Leary from injury, but will miss Craig Bryson and Simon Ford.
