The Bianconeri’s title challenge has received a fatal blow following a disastrous run of form that has seen them win just one of their last eight games. A change in manager has not helped their form with the club drawing both their games under Alberto Zaccheroni including a disappointing 1-1 draw away to Livorno last weekend.

With his side struggling to qualify for the Champions League, Zaccheroni will be aware that Juventus will have to start winning games soon. Fabio Cannavaro will be available for selection this weekend but Juventus will be without Gianluigi Buffon as he is out with flu.

Meanwhile Genoa coach Gian Piero Gasperini will be hoping that his side can extend their unbeaten form to five games and break into the top six with a vital win over Juventus. The Rossoblu had held Juve to a 2-2 draw early this season and while Gasperini will be happy with a similar result, the Genoa manager will be going all out for a win on Sunday.
