Hiddink will be without Spartak Moskva winger Vladimir Bystrov who has injured his cruciate ligaments in his knee.
Meanwhile Israel will be hoping to finish their qualifying campaign on a high against Russia and Macedonia. The Israelis have had an impressive qualifying round, holding out for draws against Russia and England while narrowly losing out to Croatia in both the legs.
A draw against Russia will take an added significance since it would mean that England would have a chance of qualifying to next year's championships. Hapoel Bnei Sakhnin FC striker Maor Bar Buzaglo gets his first call up to the national squad after impressing coach Dror Kashtan in the U19s.
Maccabi Haifa FC centre-back Dekel Keinan and Maccabi Tel-Aviv FC midfielder Ravid Gazal make a return to the national squad along with Roberto Colautti and Beitar Jerusalem FC forward Amit Ben Shushan while captain Yossi Benayoun is out injured with a thigh strain.
