The Italian champions were held to a disappointing 1-1 draw by minnows Rubin Kazan in their last game and with Kiev winning their match against the Russian opponents, Inter find themselves needing to beat their opponents in the next two matches in order to secure a comfortable passage to the knockout stages.

Jose Mourinho will be going all out for a victory with the Portuguese manager hoping to put up a better showing in a tournament following Inter's knockout stage exit last season. Shevchenko led an AC Milan side that twice dumped out Inter from the Champions League in the last five years and was on the score sheet on both occasions. While Inter are expected to secure all three points, a win for Kiev on Tuesday would put them in a very strong position to cause an upset by dumping one of Europe's biggest clubs out of the competition.
