The Nerazzurri are off to a good start to the season and find themselves at the top of the league table with almost a quarter of the season gone. However manager Jose Mourinho will be a bit concerned over his side's recent form that has seen the club manage just two wins in their last five games.

Inter go into the match against Catania following yet another disappointing performance as they were held to a 2-2 draw by Dynamo Kiev in their Champions League match on Tuesday. Inter were lucky to come away with a point as Kiev twice led the game through Taras Mikhalik and an own goal by Lucio only for Dejan Stankovic and Walter Samuel to restore parity each time.

Mourinho will be hoping for a repeat of last season's performance in this fixture which saw Inter secure a hard fought 2-1 win over Catania with Ricardo Quaresma on target for the defending champions along with an own goal scored by Christian Terlizzi.

However Catania coach Gianluca Atzori will be confident that his side has learnt its lesson from last time around and will be looking to extend their unbeaten run to six games on Saturday. The Rossazzurri are currently sitting 15th in the league table and Atzori will be hoping to kick start the season by pulling off a shock win over the defending champions this weekend.

Catania registered its first win of the new season last weekend when goals from Adrian Ricchiuti and Jorge Martinez helped them to a 2-1 win over Cagliari.
