Serie A champions Inter Milan will be confident of getting all three points against bottom placed CSKA Moskow when the two teams meet in their next Champions League clash on Wednesday.

Inter Milan had registered a comfortable 2-1 victory over their Russian rivals in Moscow two weeks ago to chalk up a second successive win to lift them to the top of Group G. However there are promises of last minute dramas with just two points separating the top three teams in the group, with CSKA registering just one point in their three matches.

With Fenerbahce and PSV set to play each other on that day, Inter will be keen to collect maximum points against CSKA and move one step closer to clinching the qualification to the knockout stages. Hernan Crespo and Walter Samuel had scored for Inter in the first leg after Jo had given the Russian team the lead.

Inter have had an excellent record at home against Russian opponents, winning four of the five matches played with the only draw coming against Lokomotiv which allowed the Russian club to progress to the next stage on better head-to-head result.

Meanwhile CSKA will be hoping to spring a surprise and keep their hopes to qualifying alive. CSKA have registered just one point in three matches after losing to Inter and PSV while holing Fenebahce to a 2-2 draw. The Russian club has had a good run of results against Italian clubs, winning two and drawing one of the four matches played so far.
