The second leg of the knockout stage of the UEFA Cup gets underway this Thursday and Live Sport Network brings you all the action as it happens on the pitch. Hamburger SV are on a firm platform as they look to book a ticket to live UEFA Cup Round of 16.

Hamburg emerged comfortable winners at the Letzigrund Stadium in Zurich last week after they trounced the Swiss team 1-3. The Bundesliga club appeared to have sealed the tie thanks to goals from David Jarolím, Ivica Olić and Piotr Trochowski.

Although Alain Rochat grabbed a late consolation goal, it appears to be the end of the road for Zurich as far as the UEFA Cup is concerned.

Hamburg coach Huub Stevens however will not take things for granted and will want his side to finish off the game to be played at the Arena Hamburg this Thursday. The German club has not lost their last six European home games and do not appear likely to lose this one as well.

However the side will be worried about the injury to captain Rafael van der Vaart, who was forced to come off after 30 following a challenge from Zurich defender José Paolo Guerrero. It appears that van der Vaart, who has attracted attention of top English clubs, could be out of action for two weeks due to an injury to his ankle ligaments.

The winners of this tie will face the victors of the clash between Galatasaray AS and Leverkusen, the first leg of which ended in a 0-0 draw in Turkey.
