The Greeks were held to a disappointing 2-2 draw by North Korea who will be delighted with the performance as they look for another excellent World Cup campaign. Greece twice took the lead through Kostas Katsouranis and Angelos Charisteas early in either half but Jong Tae-se equalized for North Korea on both occasions.

Coach Otto Rehhagel was disappointed with the performance of some of the players with Nikos Spyropoulos having a very poor game and the left back could be replaced by Vasilis Torosidis for the game against Paraguay on Wednesday.

Meanwhile Paraguay coach Gerardo Martino will be expecting a vastly improved performance after his side suffered a disappointing 2-1 defeat to Republic of Ireland. Goals from Kevin Doyle and Liam Lawrence had given Ireland a two goal lead in the first half and though Paraguay reduced the deficit through Lucas Barrios, they were unable to find the equalizer.

Martino admitted that it was a poor display from his side, adding that such a performance in the World Cup could see them drop out of the tournament in the group stages itself.
