Germany will be looking to maintain their good form before the start of the World Cup next fortnight by registering another comfortable victory when they take on Bosnia-Herzegovina in a friendly game on Thursday. The Germans followed up on their comfortable victory over Malta with another professional performance as they beat Hungary 3-0 in their last friendly game on Saturday. Lukas Podolski, Mario Gomez and Cacau were on target for Germany as they were rarely troubled by Hungary with keeper Manuel Neuer spending a comfortable time in between the sticks.

However coach Joachim Loew has expressed concerns over Miroslav Klose’s form and will be hopeful that the 2006 World Cup’s Golden Boot winner will be able to find his form sooner rather than later. The 32-year old has had a less than perfect season with Bayern Munich, scoring just six goals in 38 games this season though most of them have been from the bench.

Meanwhile Bosnia-Herzegovina will be hoping to claim a World Cup scalp before starting their Euro 2012 qualifying campaign in September. Safet Susic’s side suffered a heavy 4-2 defeat to Sweden in their last match on Saturday and the Bosnia coach will be looking to make some changes to the squad as he looks to find the winning combination before the start of the Euro 2012 qualifying campaign.
