Group D leaders Gabon can make it to the African Nations Cup quarter-finals even if they draw their last group game against Zambia on Thursday. You can watch all the live African Cup of Nations football from that game by signing up with us here on Live Sport Network.

The Panthers caused the biggest upset in the tournament so far after beating Cameroon 1-0 in their opening encounter. They followed this up by holding Tunisia to a 0-0 draw at the Nossa Senhora do Monte.

Gabon coach Alain Giresse expects his players to keep their focus on winning this game and not think about the possibility of making it to the next stage. Giresse has a fully fit squad at his disposal and he is expected to field the same team that upset Cameroon in the first game.

Meanwhile Zambia are almost out of the competition after slipping to a 3-2 loss against Cameroon despite taking an 8th minute lead through Jacob Mulenga. Second half goals from Geremi and Samuel Etoo gave Cameroon a 2-1 lead, but Christopher Katongo leveled from the penalty spot after goalkeeper Carlos Kameni fouled Mulenga in the area.

However Mohammad Idrissou broke Zambian hearts with a fine strike on 86 minutes to leave the latter on the brink of elimination. Manager Herve Renard was disappointed with his side's inability to close out the game, but has insisted they will go all out for a win in this one.

The Chipolopolo boss also has a fully fit squad at his disposal, but may make some changes ahead of this game.
