Fulham clash with Chelsea on Sunday as they wind up their Christmas campaign on a satisfactory note having broken into the top half of the Premiership table. Catch every minute of live football action here on live Sport Network.

Fulham have impressed so far this season with gutsy performances when it mattered. Ever since their shock win over Arsenal early in the season, the Cottagers have been high on confidence and that has reflected in their results.

Fulham have 24 points from 17 games and are placed 8th on the league table. Manager Roy Hodgson will be relatively pleased with his side's showing thus far and will hope the good run continues into the New Year as well.

Prior to this game, Fulham take on Tottenham in a London derby on Boxing Day. The only injury concern for the side is Zoltan Gera who is out for about three weeks with a calf injury.

Chelsea have conceded ground at home ever since they lost to Liverpool midway through the season. The Blues have been held to consecutive draws at home although their away record has been immaculate.

They still trail Liverpool by a point and manager Luiz Felipe Scolari must be hoping that gap can be bridged during the Christmas schedule. Ricardo Carvalho could be back for this game, but skipper John Terry misses out as this is the second of his three-match ban as a result of his red card against Everton on Monday. Chelsea will be looking to add to their squad in January with Scolari reportedly interested in bringing Luis Fabiano to Stamford Bridge.
