France take on England in what will be their second friendly game in as many days with coach Raymond Domenech stating that his side will be going all out to win the match. Domenech has already upped the stakes for the friendly claiming that this will be the most important match for France before Euro 2008 kicks off in summer.
Domenech has named a 39-man squad for the friendlies against Mali and England with five new players making it to the line up including Marseille's Mathieu Valbuena and Lyon midfielder Mathieu Bodmer.
Meanwhile Fabio Capello has recalled David Beckham to the squad which also includes Arsenal striker Theo Walcott. Walcott has impressed Capello with his club form and the England manager decided for a closer look on the budding star with the England under-21s scheduled to play a friendly next week.
Capello revealed that Beckham was back to full fitness and his number two Franco Baldini had returned back from USA with a positive response regarding the former England captain's fitness. Paul Robinson also finds a place in the 23-man squad after putting up impressive performances since his return to Tottenham Hotspur's starting line.
The squad was whittled down to 23 after weekend fixtures played their toll. Players who missed out on the final squad selection are Jermaine Jenas, Shaun Wright-Phillips, Jermain Defoe, Gabriel Agbonlahor and Ashley Young. David Beckham is expected to play some part in the match and is very likely to complete 100 caps for his national team.
