Finland will be hoping to salvage some pride when they take on Spain in their final group match of the Euro 2009 Under-21 Championship at the Gamla Ullevi Stadium in Gothenburg on Monday. You can watch all the live streaming football from that game by signing up with us here on Live Sport Network.

Finland are out of the tournament after successive defeats to England and Germany. In the latter game, the Finns were resolute for most of the first 45 minutes, but their defence gave way in the second half when the Germans struck twice in three minutes to finish up the game.

Goals from Benedikt Howedes and Ashkan Dejegah gave Germany a fine win as well as a chance to make it to the semi-finals. The goals were again set up by Mesut Ozil, who is proving to be a real find in the tournament for the Bavarians.

Finland coach Markku Kanerva expressed disappointment over the result and said his side will need to defend better from set-pieces if they are to salvage some pride against Spain in their final game.

Meanwhile Spain's hopes of going through took a massive hit when they lost 2-0 against England on Thursday. Billed as the pre-tournament favorites, Spain failed to get going against the English and were laid low by second-half goals from Fraizer Campbell and James Milner.

Spain had their goalkeeper Asenjo to thanks for after his saves ensured the margin of defeat was not higher.

Coach Juan Ramon Lopez Caro will be hoping for an unlikely miracle to take them through. His side need to win big against Finland and hope Germany falter against England if they are to progress.
