Premiership giants Liverpool travel to Norway this week for their last away pre-season friendly of the 2009-10 season against FC Lyn. Watch FC Lyn Oslo v Liverpool live by signing up to view soccer online with the Live Sport Network.

Lyn, who finished 7^th in the Norwegian Tippeligaen last season, are currently last in the league this season. They have picked up only 12 points from 19 games so far, and look destined to be relegated to the Norwegian second division.

In their four games in the month of July, Lyn lost three and drew one. They lost to SK Brann, Bodo Glimt and Viking Stavenger, and drew with Stabaek. They have only managed to win one game in the league so far, and have scored fewer goals than any other Norwegian club this season.

Meanwhile Liverpool's indifferent pre-season form continued as they were beaten 3-0 by Espanyol on Sunday evening. It was the first game to be played at the new Cornella-El Prat stadium, and Espanyol were fired up for the occasion. Luis Garcia Fernandez opened the scoring for Espanyol, while former Chelsea forward Ben Sahar added the other two goals.

Captain Steven Gerrard came closest to scoring for Liverpool. He rattled the woodwork twice, but to no avail. Manager Rafa Benitez was rightly disappointed with his side's performance, and added that they deserved nothing from the game. Liverpool have now drawn two, lost two and won one of their five pre-season friendlies.
