While Mikel Arteta is out of action for at least another two months, there are injury concerns over defender Joseph Yobo and midfielder Steven Pienaar who are yet to recover from thigh and knee injuries respectively.

There is also a question mark over Belgium international Marouane Fellaini after the Belgian FA revealed that it will be asking FIFA to ban the 21-year old for five days. Fellaini is expected to miss Belgium's game against Estonia in the midweek due to a dental surgery but the Belgian FA has said that Fellaini has not been given permission to miss the match and has asked FIFA to apply its five day rule if he does not play on Wednesday.

Everton are unbeaten in their last three games, collecting seven points out of a possible nine but David Moyes will be disappointed with the lack of effort shown against Stoke City in their last game that ended in a 1-1 draw.

Wolves on the other hand will be hopeful of taking full advantage of a depleted Everton squad and avoid a third straight defeat. Wolves have lost three of their four matches and find themselves just one spot above the drop zone so early in the season.
