The Italian champions have had a disappointing European campaign so far and are yet to win a game in the tournament. Just three points from their first three games has put Inter in a very precarious position and the club could suffer the humiliation of failing to reach the knockout stages if they fail to improve on their form pretty soon.

Dynamo almost caused an upset in their last game, twice taking the lead only for Inter to level the scores on each occasion. The Ukraine side opened the scoring in the 5th minute through Taras Mykhalyk but Dejan Stankovic equalized for Inter. However the Italian side was once again on the back foot as Lucio's own goal restored Dynamo's lead only for Walter Samuel to restore parity two minutes into the second half.

The draw, coupled with Rubin Kazan's shock win over Barcelona, means Inter are now at the foot of their group table and manager Jose Mourinho will be expecting nothing less than all three points on Wednesday as he looks to help his side overcome their disappointing start to a European campaign which promises to deliver some success for the Italian club.

Dynamo coach Valery Gazzayev on the other hand will be aware that his side's performances in the competition presents them with a perfect chance to pull off an upset and qualify ahead of either Inter or Barcelona from a group that was predicted to be a straight forward one.
