Chelsea appear to be a settled side and look to have finally come to terms with the departure of Jose Mourinho as they have strung together a series of fine wins both in the Premiership as well as in the UEFA Champions League. They will definitely be favorites when West Ham travel to Stamford Bridge for their Premiership clash this weekend.

Avram Grant seems to have rallied the players behind him, but he is still worried about the many injury concerns hogging the team. Captain John Terry looks set to return to Premiership action this weekend after having surgery on his injured knee, but Michael Essien will be out after receiving a red card in the Wigan game last week.

Petr Cech has a small tear in his calf and it is unknown how long he will be sidelined, while Carvalho is also out indefinitely after sustaining a back injury. Nevertheless Chelsea have strong bench strength and will expect to emerge winners at home. They are currently fourth on the Premier League table with 28 points from 14 games.

West Ham were lucky to escape with a draw against Tottenham last week, but they will have to work hard to prevent Chelsea grabbing this one. Manager Alan Curbishley will be relatively happy with his team's showing, but again injury concerns have hurt the team.

Craig Bellamy, Anton Ferdinand and Bobby Zamora are being monitored on a day-to-day basis with various injuries, while Lee Bowyer and Faubert are out indefinitely. West Ham are 10th on the Premiership table with 19 points from 13 games.

Last season this fixture ended in a 4-1 win for Chelsea, a result they would dearly love to repeat. Watch Chelsea vs West Ham live on
