The Indomitable Lions had a horror start to their campaign losing 1-0 to Gabon before bouncing back to register a 3-2 win over Zambia. Jacob Mulenga had given Zambia a shock lead in the 8th minute, but goals from Geremi and Samuel Etoo put Cameroon ahead by the 72nd minute.

Christopher Katongo pulled it back for Zambia when he scored off a penalty in the 82nd minute when goalkeeper Kameni brought down Mulenga in the area. However Mohammad Idrissou grabbed a late winner in the 86th minute to calm nerves and ensure that Cameroon are still in contention for a place in the African Nations Cup quarter-finals.

Manager Paul Le Guen is hopeful his side can overcome these early jitters and win handsomely over Tunisia. Le Guen has a fully fit squad at his disposal for this tie and will hope the likes of Eto'o lead by example.

Meanwhile Tunisia will also be going all out for a win in this game. They have drawn both their matches so far; one with Zambia by a 1-1 margin and their second against Gabon by a 0-0 margin.

Coach Faouzi Benzarti remains confident that his team can progress although the lack of goals may prove their undoing. There are fitness worries over Oussama Darragi, who is said to be struggling with tendinitis in his Achilles tendon.
