Brian Laws has failed to rejuvenate Burnley since replacing Owen Coyle and has managed to win just one of the 12 games he has been in charge of. The Clarets have managed to collect just one point from their last five games and with just seven games remaining, they find themselves three points away from safety.

Rovers will be missing a number of key players with Paul Robinson, Ryan Nelsen, Gael Givet, Lars Jacobsen and Vince Grella all out injured. However David Dunn is fit and available for selection along with Franco di Santo who was ineligible against Chelsea.
