The Blues have had an excellent season so far and are course to secure their best finish in the league for more than five decades. Manager Alex McLeish will be delighted with his side’s performances this season and though he is yet to sign a new contract with the club, the Scottish coach has been working hard on identifying future targets for the club in order to build on their excellent performance next season.

Meanwhile Bolton Wanderers coach Owen Coyle will be looking to assess his squad for the final time before deciding on his transfer targets in the summer. The former Burnley manager was appointed back in January and has since then led Bolton to just five wins from 19 games.

Coyle will be aware that his side will have a very tough fight on hand next season and will be hoping to get in some key players as he looks to finish as close to the top half of the table as possible next season.
