Birmingham City will be looking to bounce back from their disappointing defeat on the weekend when they visit Blackburn Rovers on Wednesday. The Blues were completely outplayed by Sunderland who rode high on a brace by Darren Bent while Fraizer Campbell was also on target to secure a comfortable 3-1 win. Meanwhile Blackburn Rovers will be looking to avenge their narrow defeat to Birmingham early this season and maintain their push for a place in the top half of the league table. The Rovers will be missing a number of key players with Ryan Nelsen, Gael Givet, Lars Jacobsen and Vince Grella all out of action due to injuries though Franco di Santo is available after missing the match against Chelsea.
