Bayern Munich will be looking to maintain their unbeaten form to collect at least a point against Steaua Bucharest when the two teams clash in their Champions League group stage match. Watch all the football live here on Live Sport Network.

 

 

Bayern have not faced defeat in their last 11 matches and go into their clash against Steaua on the back of a 4-1 thrashing of Energie Cottbus in the domestic league. The German giants have already beaten Steaua in their opening match of the group stage with Daniel Van Buyten scoring the only goal of the match in Romania.

Jurgen Klinsmann's side can book their place in the knockout stages on Tuesday even if they fail to beat Steaua but they will have to rely on Fiorentina slipping up against Lyon in the other match. Steaua Bucharest on the other hand will need to beat Bayern if they are to have any hopes of keeping their European campaign alive.

 

 

Should Fiorentina win their match against Lyon, then Dorinel Munteanu's could see their European campaign come to an end on Tuesday even if they manage to beat Bayern Munich. The Romanian club has a miserable record on German soil and have not won a single game in their last six visits to the country.

Both the teams last met in Germany back in 1972 when Steaua managed to hold the German giants to a draw but Munteanu will be hoping for a more favorable result this time around in the Champions League.
