The Reds bounced back from their shock defeat to Portsmouth a week ago with a convincing 2-0 win over Wolves on Saturday. After a nervous first half, Steven Gerrard broke the deadlock just past the hour mark before Yossi Benayoun wrapped up the points by doubling the lead on the 70th minute.

The victory sees Liverpool climb one place up to seventh in the league table and the Reds are now just five points behind fourth placed Villa.
