The Gunners' winning run in the group stage was halted in their last match as AZ Alkmaar put up a great fight and hold Arsenal to a 1-1 draw. Arsenal on the other hand look almost unbeatable at home, losing just one of their last 25 home games on the European stage. The Gunners go into the match high on confidence following their comfortable 3-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur in their last match with Robin Van Persie scoring a brace while Fabregas was also on target.
