Arsenal will be gearing up for their fifth appearance in the Amsterdam Tournament when they take on hosts Ajax in their opening match at the Amsterdam Arena on Friday. Watch Ajax v Arsenal Live on Live Sport Network's live soccer streams.

Arsenal have had a long pre season schedule with the club playing as many as seven matches so far and will play two more matches in this tournament. Manager Arsene Wenger will be fairly pleased with his side's performances in the friendlies which has seen a number of young players take part following the departure of Flamini, Hleb and Gilberto.

 

 

Theo Walcott has impressed Wenger in the matches that he has played and the England hopeful is expected to be a key player for the Gunners this season along with Denilson in the midfield. Wenger also received a fitness boost on Tomas Rosicky and Eduardo with the duo expected to be playing for the first team by as early as November.

Arsenal next play Sevilla in their final friendly on Saturday before facing a trip to Netherlands on August 13 to take on FC Twente in the first leg of their Champions League third round qualifier.
