Milan chalked up yet another disappointing performance when they lost 3-1 away to Napoli last weekend. Napoli were in control through out the match and took a 3-0 lead thanks to goals from Marek Hamsik, Maurizio Domizzi and Gyorgy Garics before Clarence Seedorf scored a late consolation goal for Milan.

A disappointing run of form has seen Milan struggle in the league through out the season. Carlo Ancelotti's side have struggled to find form this season and are in danger of missing Champions League action for the first time in over eight years. Even if Milan manage to collect all three points against Udinese, Fiorentina could clinch the fourth and final if they win their match against Torino.

Meanwhile Udinese manager Pasquale Marino will be hoping that his side will be able to repeat last season's heroics and snatch a victory against Milan at the San Siro. Udinese have assured their participation in the UEFA Cup for the next season but Marino will be looking take advantage of any slip ups by Sampdoria and finish 6th in the league.

Udinese's poor recent form of just two wins in their last five matches saw the club slip out of the race for a Champions League spot. Marino's side lost 2-0 to Cagliari last weekend and fans will be hoping that their side will be able to bounce back from the defeat and finish the season with a victory.
