The English Premier League goes by many names, including the Barclays English Premier League, the Barclays Premiership and even just The Premiership.  However, to any fan of the English Premier League, the names all mean one thing and one thing alone – a collaboration of the most elite and professional of football teams in England.

Unfortunately, football had gone through a particularly rough patch in the 1980’s and the sport and its players were often ridiculed.  However, after the English had done extremely well in the FIFA World Cup in 1990, football became more and more popular, leading up to the formation of the English Premier League in the year 1992.  Since then, it has become the most watched sporting event in the world.  If you haven’t already, now is the time to watch English Premier League live!
